1. Clean the floor bed completely before starting work.
2. The perfect mortar ratio of cement :sand is 1:3

• Cement: low Alkali contained ,Portland type I.
• Sand: clear river sand
• Water: uncontaminated water.

1. The cement mortar must be evenly mixed, poorly mixed mortar results poor structural and effect bonding strength. The hollowing or cracking maybe caused due to the improper mixing of mortar.
2. Use Neutral (non-acidic or alkaline) grouting to seal the joint.
3. To seal the joint in 48 to 72 hours after tiling process, the safe joint (gap) is 0.5-2.0mm.  
4. Please give enough drying time for the substrate properly.  
5. The tiles are required well protection covered by plastic form tarps and paper boards after being finished joint.
