Romastone Wall/ Column Installation— Hanging System

1. Layout: Establish the horizontal and vertical base line and wall(Column) surface, and draw the locations of stone plate and fixing pieces as per the stone material dividing drawing.
2. Drilling: Drill holes to pre-determined depth for expansion screw at the locations for stainless steel fixing pieces.
3. Insert the internal packing expansion screw to fixed position.
4. Screw on the stainless steel fixing pieces.
5. Install the stone plate with precut hanging groove onto the fixing pieces, and fill the groove with epoxy resin to bond the fixing piece to the stone plate tightly to avoid shifting. The fixing pieces shall also be totally sealed with epoxy resin to avoid corrosion due to exposure to the atmosphere.
6. All edges, corners and joining lines and surfaces shall be straight and flat.
